Clean and luxurious place with friendly and efficient staff. Central location, relatively near Rooksbury Mill. - the service in general was very good. - Everything was really good.

Appreciated this luxurious hotel, easy to find, with very nice helpful staff at the reception desk. Very central location was a plus. The lunch in Pizza Express minutes from the property had every choice imaginable.

Tbh Wi-Fi was very poor, and the bed was a bit hard.

The location was marvellous, within easy walking distance of St Marys Church Gardens. The hotel itself was in a local area, just off the centre of Andover as well as Andover.
